If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within one year from date of purchase. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges as indicated on your email and shipping confirmation and packing slip.
Please review your shipment as soon as possible. Any damaged merchandise or discrepancies must reported within 30 days of receipt of merchandise to be issued a credit or exchange.
In order for us to process your credit in a timely manner and to receive a credit, items must be returned in resalable condition. Items must be unused, clean and in original packaging (if possible). Sealed items such as perfume or cologne are not returnable or exchangeable, if opened.
- Contact our customer service department at 1-844-287-2282 or email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number. Returns received without an RA number could be delayed or returned to sender.
- Include the RA paperwork in the box you are returning. If you are returning multiple return authorization in one box, clearly identify which items belong to which RA.
- Be sure to include sufficient packaging materials to protect the items in transit. Items not properly protected may be returned to sender.
- Ship the return to the address below using a traceable method. Be sure to include your return authorization number on the address label and the outside of the box for faster processing.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it is received.
